Today I am going to review the Benefit Boxed Blushes. I love these and I own most of the blushes in the line so I thought I would review them as I use them pretty much everyday, they are pretty much the only blushes I use.
First lets talk about the packaging. The packaging on all of them is very cute and functional, it is a little bulky though so it may not be ideal for travel. It has a brush with all of them that is actually useable!!
Next lets talk about the formula- the formula is pretty much the same throughout all of the blushes. It is very smooth feeling, it is pigmented enough to go on easily but without being so pigmented that it is hard to not look like a clown!! I really think that this formula is one of the best blush formulas I have ever used,
They are $51 AUD from Myers but there is a lot of product for the price and it would take you a long time to use it up!
Now lets talk about all the different colours.
1. Hoola- This one is a bronzing powder that is a colour that would be very versatile. It doesn't make you look orange at all. It is also a pure matte colour which makes it perfect for contouring
2. Coralista- this blush is a warm coral pink colour that looks great on everyone- it is fantastic for everyday and goes great with pretty much every eye look
3. Dandelion- I don't own this one so I can't say much about this from personal experience but the website says:
- It is a sheer ballerina pink face colour
- Has a hint of shimmer
- Can sweep on checks as a soft blush or dust all over face as a brightening face powder
4. Hervana- this is a orchid blossom blush that is a mix of 4 colours which according to the website are "shell, peach, rose and berry. It is such a gorgeous colour and it looks great on a few different skin tones. I absolutely love it.
5. Dallas- I use this one a lot especially on days when I am not wearing a lot of makeup and when I don't know what blush will go with my eye makeup. It gives your complexion a natural looking glow. You can either use it as a blush or all over to give a "sun kissed" look.
6. Rockateur- This is my favourite out of all of them, I wear this one most days. It is described as a rose gold colour which it sort of is, it has very fine gold shimmer through it but it doesn't look over the top. If you are going to buy one of these this is the one I would recommend.
7. Sugarbomb- I don't own this one so I can't talk from personal experience but this is what they say on the website:
- It is a mix of 4 shades: peach, soft plum, pink and rose
Bella Bamba- this one is a limited edition blush but you can still get it in a set on Benefits US website- if you purchase $125AUD (which is easy to go) you get free international shipping.
This is a gorgeous watermelon pink colour with a decent amount of shimmer. It is such a pretty colour that really brightens up your face.
Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed this! Please comment below your favourite benefit blush or any blush and feel free to share! It really helps me out.
